Can I order a Proof of Insurance Card/Certificate of Insurance or policy declaration online?
Your policy documents are available online via AAA.com or through the AAA Mobile App for registered AAA auto and home policies by selecting the View Policy Documents option under Manage AAA Insurance on the left of the screen in My Account. To find an insurance professional near you, visit AAA.com/Agent. If you do not have the AAA Mobile App you can download it by searching for AAAMobile via Apple App Store or the Google Play store.

Can I access and print a Proof of Insurance Card online?
Yes. PDF versions of printed proof of insurance cards are available for auto insurance customers who have signed in to My Account. To enable self-service options (i.e. viewing electronic proof of insurance cards), you must first add your auto insurance policy to your online account. Once you’ve added the policy online, you’ll find an Electronic Proof of Insurance (PDFs) link for that policy on My Account and then click on Manage AAA Insurance. You can access My Account by clicking on Sign In and then click on My Account OR click on My Account, if already logged in from the top right corner of any page.

Can I access my insurance information with my membership number?
No. Insurance products require that members have entered their policy information in the My Account section of the site.
Is my insurance policy active?
Your policy status* is displayed online for registered AAA auto and home policies by accessing My Account by clicking on Sign In and enter your user id and password OR click on My Account, if already logged in from the top right corner of any page. To go directly to My Account, click here. You will be asked to log in to access this feature.
Can I add/replace a vehicle or add a driver online?
Yes, you can get a quote online for Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, Term Life and Express Term. You can request a quote for Boat, Motorcycle, Off-road Vehicle, and Recreational Vehicle by calling 800.222.1333 or find an agent.

What format do I use to enter my policy number when registering my car or home on AAA.com?
If your policy number appears as AUT012345678 or HOM012345678, enter the number as it appears on the billing statement.

Why doesn’t this show all the information like the declaration page I receive in the mail?
Your policy information displayed online for registered auto and home policies by selecting the View Policy Details option under Manage AAA Insurance on the left of the screen in My Account is intended to provide a quick, accessible snapshot of your policy and coverages. Your policy documents that match what you receive in the mail are available online through AAA.com or the AAA Mobile App for registered auto and home policies by selecting the View Policy Documents option under Manage AAA Insurance on the left of the screen in My Account
Why is the total premium amount different from my policy amount?
After selecting the View Policy Details option under Manage AAA Insurance on the left of the screen in My Account, the total premium amount shown in the Billing Summary section heading displays the total premium amount for your vehicles and includes any fees that you may have been charged, like service fees or NSF (non-sufficient funds) charges.
I have two insurance policies, why can I only see one of them?
Depending on the type of policy and the region you live in, some policies are not available to view on the site.

Why am I being charged a service fee or a NSF (non-sufficient funds)?
A service fee is charged each time AAA sends you a bill. AAA will not charge a fee if you pay your policy in full at time of renewal or if you are on automatic deduction. A fee will be charged to your policy if a payment is returned by your financial institution (non-sufficient funds, stop payment, account closed, etc.).
I need to make an insurance claim. Whom should I contact?
For any insurance claim information for auto, auto glass, home, boat, and motorcycle, please click on Claim Services from the drop down menu under Insurance. To go directly to the Claim Services page, click here. If your auto, home or flood policy is underwritten by a carrier other than AAA, click here for a list of 800 numbers to make a claim.
What insurance billing information am I able to see online?
Once you have registered your insurance policy to your online account and have signed in, you can select the Billing and Payment option from the list of links under “Registered Policies” to view a variety of information, such as:

Yes, you can get a travel insurance quote and even Buy Online with Allianz Travel Insurance. For more information, coverages, and common question, please click here or you can contact your local AAA Travel Advisor.
How long will it take to see changes to my insurance policy?
Changes made through your agent or our Member Service Center will occur real-time on the AAA.com site. To refresh your view, please click on Return to Dashboard then select the policy you wish to view. Note: There are additional changes that require additional time to display on the AAA.com site.
Why can’t I pay my insurance policy bill online?
Online payment is only available for auto and home policies. Umbrella policies that begin with PUP are also eligible for online payment. If you receive a message to call while attempting to make a payment, our customer service team can help provide a specific answer and assist with making your payment. AAA Life insurance policies can be paid online at the AAA Life Company website.
Are there insurance policies that I can’t pay online?
Yes, Boat, Fleet, Assigned Risk/JUA/MAIPF, Travel and Umbrella policies that only contain numbers are not currently eligible for online payment.
I’m on an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or automatic payment plan for my insurance policy. How do I update or change my expired credit card
Please click on Sign In from the right corner, enter your user id/password and click on Sign In. At the Communications Preferences page, please click on My Account. Then select the Payment Plans option from the Billing and Payment area to update or change your credit card information.

Can I schedule or sign up for automatic or recurring payments for my insurance policy online?
This option is only available during your renewal period. Please click on Sign In from the right corner, enter your user id/password and click on Sign In. At the Communications Preferences page, please click on My Account. Then select the Billing and Payment option listed under Registered Policies. Then select the Payment Plans option.
Can I make a one-time payment for my insurance policy online?
Yes. For specific details and options visit AAA.com.
Step 1: Log into your account on AAA.com and then use the “Sign In” link.

Other Insurance Questions
How do I add my Auto or Home insurance products to My Account?
This section is where you would register your available insurance policies. You will need to provide the policy number as it appears on your bill.
Please follow the instructions below to register your home and/or auto policy information online:
Step 1: Visit AAA.com and click on Sign In and then click on My Account OR click on My Account, if already logged in from the top right corner of any page.
Enter your user id and password
Step 2: Scroll down on the “My Account” page to the “My Insurance” section Select the Home or Auto Insurance button, enter your policy number and select Register Now. The page will refresh and then scroll down to the “My Insurance” section and you should be able to view your policy information. Note: if you have more than one policy, you will need to repeat steps 3 & 4. If the My Insurance section shows a section for “Registered Policies” instead of a Home or Auto Insurance button, you either used a different user id/password when you purchased the Home and/or Auto insurance or you purchased the third party insurance company insurance; such as, Progressive.

Can I file an insurance claim online?
Yes. Once you’ve created an online account and have added your policy, you will have access to a variety of self-service options, including filing an auto repair, auto glass or home repair claim. Once you've completed and submitted the form, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours to complete the reporting process. If this is an emergency, theft claim or you need immediate assistance, please contact the 24-hour reporting line at 800.AAA.HELP (222.4357) or 800.289.5255.
