Lisa has spent her career telling stories that inform, inspire, and solve readers' problems—first in public relations and corporate communications, and then as a full-time freelance journalist and content writer specializing in travel, food, wellness, and lifestyle. A Central Florida resident since 1998, she covers her home state extensively with a local's insight and loves living where everyone else comes to vacation. Her own travels have taken her to the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, Central America, and throughout the U.S., from Key West, Savannah, and Austin to Rhode Island, Denver, and Juneau.
