OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the state of Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida who have reached the age of majority (18 years old or older) at the time of entry. You do not need to be a member of any AAA club to enter. However, you must reside in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Florida at the time of entry. Employees of The Auto Club Group, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and agent support staff, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER:
The Promotion begins on March 19, 2024, at 8:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on June 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM, Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, to enter scan the QR code located in any participating AAA branch and complete the digital entry form or enter through AAA social media campaigns by going to AAA.com/Win and completing the entry form to receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry into the Promotion. You may, alternatively, send a 3x5 card via postal mail with your name, phone number, address, and email address to Attn: Alexa Bzoskie “AAA Emerald Isle Enter to Win” 1 Auto Club Drive, Dearborn MI 48126. All entries become the property of The Auto Club Group and will not be returned or otherwise acknowledged. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. The Auto Club Group is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, or illegible entries or entries not received by June 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM, Eastern Time.

RANDOM DRAWING, ODDS OF WINNING AND NOTIFICATION:
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on or about July 5, 2024 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Winner will be notified by phone and email within 24 hours from the drawing date. Winner will also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and an acknowledgement of taxation/value of prize form. In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeited, and an alternate entrant will be selected by random drawing.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) prize package, consisting of the following:

• One (1) AAA Travel Credit for Delta Air Lines valued at $2,000
  • Not redeemable for cash and only redeemable through AAA and Delta Air Lines vendor subject to certain additional restrictions.
• One (1) Brendan Vacation Gift Card valued at $2,500
  • Not redeemable for cash and only redeemable through Brendan Vacations vendor subject to certain additional restrictions.

Total Prize Package Approximate Retail Value: $4,500 (not redeemable for cash and only redeemable through AAA, Delta Air Lines or Brendan Vacations vendor subject to certain additional restrictions).

PRIVACY NOTICE:
Sponsor (The Auto Club Group) collects personal data when you enter the Promotion. Entering the Promotion constitutes your permission for the Sponsor and its associated companies to maintain the data. This data is collected to maintain a record of those who have entered the Promotion, to ensure contact with potential winner, and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy policy located at AAA.com/Privacy. Should you wish to opt-out of certain types of information sharing, you may do so by completing the opt-out portion of the Privacy Notice available on the website or at the AAA Club branch offices.

GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes and other associated costs are the responsibility of each winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and Regulations and agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor (the Auto Club Group) from any liability related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be in violation of the Terms of Use of the web sites, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Sponsor, its agents and employees assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage due, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like on-line entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods. If, for any reason, the on-line portion of the Promotion is compromised by reason of tampering or technical failure, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the on-line portion of the Promotion and select a winner from all eligible mail-in and on-line entries received prior to and/or after (if any) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, by notice posted at the participating entry locations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Sweepstakes, all Prizes, and all materials provided on or through the Sweepstakes Site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE RELEASE GRANTED BY PARTICIPANTS HEREIN, BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2)UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE,INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (3)PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

GOVERNING LAW:
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Michigan and the United States of America applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in Michigan. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
