Ron Seay, Director of Service Delivery for AAA Car Care, brings 39 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry. Throughout his career, Ron has held a variety of leadership roles, including Technician, Store Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, and Director of Car Care.
He joined AAA in 2018 as an Area Manager overseeing stores in the Atlanta area, advanced to Regional Manager for Georgia, Florida, and Illinois in 2021, and was appointed Director of Car Care in 2024.
With seven years at AAA and a lifelong dedication to the automotive field, Ron is committed to delivering exceptional service and expertise to AAA members.
Steve Robinson, Training and Development Manager for AAA Car Care, brings over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. A graduate of NC State University with a BA in Sociology and Wake Technical Community College with an Associate's in Automotive System Technology, Steve combines technical expertise with a passion for education. He is ASE Certified holding 15 different ASE certifications and 6 different designations.
His career with AAA spans 18 years, during which he has served as a Master Certified Technician (2007-2012), Facility Manager (2012-2017), and Car Care Trainer (2017-present).
Prior to joining AAA, Steve spent 10 years with the City of Raleigh. With his extensive background and dedication to professional development, Steve plays a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of AAA Car Care teams.
Skyler leads the public affairs teams at AAA - The Auto Club Group in Colorado, North Dakota and Minnesota. He is an established expert in the media and before policymakers on issues related to non-automotive mobility, automotive technology, traffic safety, leisure travel, property and casualty insurance, and more.
Skyler has advised a number of prominent elected officials in Colorado, including Lakewood mayors Adam Paul, Bob Murphy and Steve Burkholder; former Boulder County District Attorney Stan Garnett; former State Senator and now-Jefferson County Commissioner Andy Kerr; and former Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder George Stern. In 2007, McKinley helped produce a television spot that Time Magazine called one of the “Top 10 Campaign Ads of All Time." In 2021, he built and managed a custom transportation system for CNN’s special coverage of the presidential inauguration.
Skyler holds degrees in journalism and legal theory, summa cum laude, from American University in Washington, D.C. He chairs the board of directors of Transportation Solutions, a Denver-based transportation management association, and serves as treasurer on the board of the Denver Press Club, America's oldest press club. He’s a member of the Oak Creek Fire Protection District board of directors.
