Trafalgar offers two deposit levels per person: Level 1 at $200 and Level 2 at $350, based on your trip. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your spot. Your AAA Travel Agent will confirm which level applies to your journey. Final payment is due before departure, based on your destination and travel date. Your agent will provide your specific due date at booking. For multiple trips, full payment follows the departure date of the first trip. If booking after the final payment deadline, full payment is required at the time of booking. Special promotions may have different terms.
