OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the state of Iowa who have reached the age of majority (18 years old or older) in their state of residence at the time of entry. You do not need to be a member of any AAA club to enter. However, you must reside in Iowa at the time of entry. Employees of The Auto Club Group, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and agent support staff, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER:
The Promotion begins on September 1, 2025 at 12:01am EST and ends on September 30, 2025 at 11:59pm EST (“Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, you must complete a submissions form at AAA.com/RandysSweepstakes.You may, alternatively, send a 3x5 card via postal mail with your name, phone number, address, and email address to The Auto Club Group, Attn: Cart Full of Groceries Sweepstakes, 9125 Henderson Road, Tampa, FL 33625 to enter. All entries become the property of The Auto Club Group and will not be returned or otherwise acknowledged. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. The Auto Club Group is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, or illegible entries or entries not received by September 30, 2025 at 11:59pm EST.

RANDOM DRAWING, ODDS OF WINNING AND NOTIFICATION:
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on or about October 2, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Winner will be notified by phone and email within 24 hours from the drawing date. Winner will also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and an acknowledgement of taxation/value of prize form. In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
Winner will receive the opportunity to fill up a shopping cart with groceries at Randy’s Neighborhood Market, with the total value of groceries to not exceed $500. Exclusions include gift cards, alcohol and tobacco products, and lottery products. The approximate retail value of each prize is $500.

PRIVACY NOTICE:
Sponsor (The Auto Club Group) collects personal data when you enter the Promotion. Entering the Promotion constitutes your permission for the Sponsor and its associated companies to maintain the data. This data is collected to maintain a record of those who have entered the Promotion, to ensure contact with potential winner, and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy policy located at AAA.com/Privacy. Should you wish to opt-out of certain types of information sharing, you may do so by completing the opt-out portion of the Privacy Notice available on the website or at the AAA Club branch offices.

GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes and other associated costs are the responsibility of each winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and Regulations, and agree to release Sponsor from any liability related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be in violation of the Terms of Use of the web sites, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Sponsor, its agents and employees assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage due, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like on-line entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods. If, for any reason, the on-line portion of the Promotion is compromised by reason of tampering or technical failure, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the on-line portion of the Promotion and select a winner from all eligible mail-in and on-line entries received prior to and/or after (if any) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, by notice posted at the participating entry locations.
